if i can, i choose not to ride in CEBU PACIFIC again!
we were on our way home from our yearly vacation at ilocos. everybody has checked in except for my baby girl summer, who was not permitted to go with us because she just turned two years old. Being two years old would mean that she's not included in the infant bracket anymore and we have to repay for her fare. We have phoned in our reservation last july 27, 2010. we declared summer's birthday but cebu pacific's system was not able to read that on our date flight, summer would be 2 years old already.it was not our fault but we have to pay Php 4831.68.

i was full of questions... was this a form of fraud? is this the first time this ever happened to them? did they really designed their system to be like that?
we asked for the airline's customer service but they don't have any (airport in laoag). we asked if they have atm machine, debit card payment, credit card, they don't. we asked where can we find a bank so we could pay, they told us that the bank is in the city, approximately 6-8kms from the airport. we asked if they have a service to transport us to the city, they have none. we argued and it raged for minutes but none happened.
i actually didn't anticipate these things to happen since we have a booking as early as july. i was so disappointed because my 5k pocket money was wasted because of a corrupt computer system. i so hate what happened.
